What we collect
Booking a visit, by phone or through the request form, means sharing what we need to set it up: your name, phone number, service address, the machine and its brand, and the message you write about the problem. If you attach a photo of an error code or a model sticker, we keep it with the request. The form does not ask for payment card numbers, and we do not gather information you did not choose to send us.
How we use it
Your information is used only to schedule the visit, confirm the arrival window by text, bring the right parts, complete the repair and write the invoice and warranty. Should your repair wait on an ordered part, those same contact details let us set the return visit. We may also reach you about a repair we already did, for example a warranty question. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing or add you to a mailing list.
The form provider
Requests sent through this website pass through an outside form service first; it processes each submission and forwards it straight to us. That provider stores and handles the data under its own terms and security practices. We use the service only to receive and read your request, and we send it nothing beyond what you typed into the form yourself.
We do not sell your data
Your personal information is never sold, rented out or traded. We share it only when a job requires it, such as texting the written price to the landlord or building manager who must approve work at a rental or condo, or when the law requires it. Beyond those cases, your details stay with the company and are seen only by the people who schedule and perform the repair.
Cookies
The website uses as few cookies as it can. Some are needed for pages and the request form to work, and basic, aggregate traffic measurement may show which pages people read. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to follow you across other sites. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the form will still work in most browsers.
Seeing or deleting your information
To review, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call the company at the number shown on this site and ask. We will confirm who you are and then remove your request records, keeping only what must be held for tax and warranty purposes, such as an invoice for completed work. If you sent a request but never booked a visit, we can delete it entirely.
